Born in Malta, Markus Witcomb has been inspired by his grandmother’s talent in the kitchen and grew up with a love of quality home-grown produce. A self-taught chef, Markus has a passion for cooking good quality honest food with a desire to use local and seasonal produce where available. We provide private dining in your home, a range of takeaway options & host a number of pop-up events.
